- Strictly Non-Transferable: Both theme park visits must be pre-booked under the exact same name and attended by the same group of guests. Entry may be refused if the lead booker’s name does not match.
- Daily Ticket Limits: Free second-visit ticket allocations are capped at 1,000 tickets per day, per theme park attraction. We highly recommend reserving your dates immediately after your first visit is locked in.
- Child Height Rules: Children under 90cm gain entry for free at Alton Towers Resort. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
