While construction on the proposed water park has not yet commenced, guests staying at the resort can currently enjoy the Savannah Splash Pool – an indoor water play area featuring water jets, squirting structures, and swimming facilities located inside the Safari Hotel.

Initial plans indicate that the new water park will be similar in setup to Alton Towers Waterpark in Staffordshire. Proposed attractions include:
- Wave pool with tropical-themed surge effects.
- Indoor and outdoor infinity pools overlooking resort grounds.
- High-speed water flumes and body slides.
- Outdoor lazy river running alongside tropical plant landscaping.
- Dedicated toddler splash play zone with mini slides and water jets.

Designed to operate year-round, the water park will help boost hotel occupancy during off-peak winter months when the main theme park rides are closed. The proposal incorporates sustainable building technologies aiming for a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’:
