Items available for sale include former log flume boats from the Flume Ride.  Pictures and mirrors removed from the Alton Towers Resort Hotel are also available. If you don’t have space to build a full log flume in your back garden then you use the boat as a large flower pot. Alternatively, it would make a great storage box for your kid’s toys or a themed bed for your children’s bedroom.

30 Log Flume Boats Available

A total of 30 of the individual log flume boats are available for sale.  Former Alton Towers log flume ride signage is also available.  It follows the closure of the ride in 2016. The Log Flume at Alton Towers Resort opened in 1981 and was the longest log flume attraction in the world at the time of opening.

 

Prices starting at 99p

There are nearly 40 lots to chose from, with prices starting at just 99p! The money raised by the auction will go to Merlin’s Magic Wand Charity, supporting disabled and disadvantaged children worldwide.

This is not the first time log flume boats have been available for sale.  Blackpool Pleasure Beach sold their logs for £25 each when their log flume ride closed back in 2006.
