Lightwater Valley Theme Park Rides and Attractions

With rides, both large and small Lightwater Valley is the perfect place for the whole family. Explore the Treetop Trails, covering over 2,000 square metres of beautiful woodland. This exciting net walk-through experience gives families the opportunity to explore the woodland canopy high above the park and have fun jumping through the giant springy nets suspended up to 12 metres from the ground.

Kids will have a roaring great time in the jungle-themed play area, whilst the older ones will enjoy the thrills of the bigger rides. The Woodland Play area is a perfect place for little monkeys to burn off some energy in between rides whilst parents can relax.

Travelling to Lightwater Valley Theme Park

Lightwater Valley Theme Park is located 10 minutes from junction 50 of the A1 motorway. From here, take the A61 towards Ripon. On arrival at the ‘Clocktower’ traffic light junction, take the A6108 towards the village of North Stainley following the Brown Tourist Signs. The Theme Park offers free parking for guests arriving by car. There are a number of ways you can get to the attraction. There is also lots of accommodation available nearby.

 

Travelling by Train

The nearest railway station is at Thirsk. There are direct services from Manchester, Leeds, York, Middlesbrough and London. Search for your train tickets using Raileasy.
