Jurassic Island Adventure Golf is an outdoor dinosaur-themed mini-golf course. The attraction is one of many on offer at Stokesley Golf Range located on the outskirts of the North Yorkshire town.
Dinosaur Adventure
The 18 hole course features a number of obstacles and more than a dozen animatronic dinosaurs who move and roar. Challenges include putting through an erupting volcano and hitting your ball across a stream.
Jurassic Island
Enter the course through the gates which resemble those from Jurassic park and keep a lookout for the life-sized Jurassic Park jeep!
There are a number of challenging holes on the course where you need to hit your ball through obstacles and tunnels but there are also easier alternate routes for people who don’t want to take on the challenge.
Special Effects
Make your way across the river on a family raft ride and keep a lookout for the real-life Jurassic Park jeep. The course offers some great photo opportunities with smoke and sound effects. It is a great adventure for all the family.
Footgolf and Disc Golf
Other attractions at Stokesley Golf Range include Footgolf and Disc Golf. Both Footgolf and Disc Golf are played the same way as golf, except with Foot Golf players kick a football instead of hitting a golf ball. Disc golf is a flying disc sport in which players throw a disc at a target.
Par 3 Golf Course
There is a 9 Hole Par 3 Golf Course set in beautiful countryside at the foot of the Cleveland Hills, with an outlook to both Captain Cooks Monument and Roseberry Topping. The course, which opened in 2008 has been built to the highest standard and is suitable for beginners right through to established golfers. The holes range from 104 yards to 189 yards and are all Par 3’s.
Driving Range
The attraction also offers a 16 bay floodlit undercover driving range featuring Trackman technology.

Stokesley Golf Range is located on the outskirts of Stokesley, close to the Cleveland Hills and North Yorkshire Moors. Only 15 minutes from Guisborough, 20 minutes from Middlesbrough, Helmsley and Northallerton. If travelling by car use the postcode TS9 5JJ.
