Begin your journey through The Paddington Bear™ Experience by stepping inside the charming and eclectic Mr Gruber’s Antiques Shop. Brimming with fascinating curios and exclusive Paddington Bear merchandise, it’s the perfect place to pick up a marmalade-themed memento. Need a last-minute ticket? You can also purchase entry at the counter before beginning your adventure.

Paddington Station
Your adventure starts at the iconic Paddington Station, where your train to Windsor Gardens is set to depart. Be sure to check the departure board and say hello to the friendly Station Master. And don’t forget Paddington’s suitcase—it holds Aunt Lucy’s treasured marmalade recipe, and it’s vital for the day ahead!

The Train
Climb aboard the non-stop train to Windsor Gardens! As you ride through a whimsical take on London, enjoy the sights and wave to fellow festivalgoers heading to the big celebration. The streets are glowing orange in anticipation—Marmalade Day is nearly here!

32 Windsor Gardens
Arrive at 32 Windsor Gardens, the beloved home of Paddington and the Brown family. Step into the famous hallway and cosy living room where Mrs Brown greets you warmly. But there’s a twist—Paddington is up to his usual playful antics, and you might need to lend a hand to keep things on track!

The Kitchen
Head into the heart of the home to meet Mrs Bird, who’s preparing delicious treats for the Marmalade Day festivities. But disaster has struck—she’s out of Peruvian oranges, the fridge is on the blink, and the larder key has gone missing! Can you help Mrs Bird restore order in time for the celebration?

Peru
Now it’s time to travel far from London to the lush jungles of Peru, where brave explorers are on a quest to find a talking bear. Deep in the forest, they’ve discovered Montgomery Clyde’s marmalade-making machine, but it needs your help! Forage for fresh Peruvian oranges, hop on a bike to power the cogs, and get the marmalade flowing just in time for the festival!

Marmalade Day Festival
You’ve made it to the grand finale: the Marmalade Day Festival at Windsor Gardens! Join in the colourful street party with delicious marmalade-themed treats from Mrs Bird, lively fairground games, and dancing to the rhythm of a live calypso band. And of course, don’t miss the chance to meet Paddington himself and capture a photo to remember your marmalade-filled day!

Travelling to The Paddington Bear™ Experience
The Paddington Bear™ Experience is located on the South bank of the river Thames, within the County Hall building. The attraction is situated right next to the London Eye and SEA LIFE London Aquarium, just over Westminster Bridge from Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament. There are a variety of ways to get to The Paddington Bear™ Experience. Public Transport is recommended, but if travelling by car The Q-Park Westminster car park is located just a short distance from the attraction. Please be aware of the central London Congestion Charge, which typically runs from Monday-Friday. The information line for the Congestion Charge is 0845 900 1234. Alternatively, visit the Congestion Charge Zone Website.
Travelling by Train
The nearest train station to The Paddington Bear™ Experience is Waterloo. From Waterloo Station follow the exit signs for the South Bank and walk towards The London Eye. The Paddington Bear™ Experience is located in County Hall, next to The London Eye.
Charing Cross train station is also near the attraction. From Charing Cross take the exit next to platform 1 for Hungerford Bridge. Go over the bridge and follow the signs for Jubilee Gardens. Follow the riverfront past the London Eye and the The Paddington Bear™ Experience is on your left. Search for your train tickets using Raileasy.
London Underground
The nearest tube stations are Westminster and Waterloo. Westminster tube is on the Circle, Jubilee and District lines. From Westminster, exit onto Westminster Bridge (Exit 1) and then cross over the Bridge. The Paddington Bear™ Experience is visible from the bridge. Waterloo tube is on the Northern, Bakerloo, Waterloo & City lines. From Waterloo follow the exit signs for the South Bank (Exit 6) and walk towards the London Eye. The Paddington Bear™ Experience is located in County Hall, next to the London Eye.
Travelling by Coach
There are a large number of bus services which stop in the vicinity of Waterloo or Westminster Bridge Road (both accessible to the attraction.) and all the London sightseeing buses also pick up and drop off at these points. If you would like to travel by coach to London we recommend that you try National Express.
