What to Wear
You should wear sensible clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy. The course is outdoors, so you should prepare for changeable and wet weather. If it does rain, then it can add to the fun as long as you’re wearing suitable clothing. Your footwear must be sturdy and suitable for the outdoors. No sandals, slip-on shoes, open toes or heels. Gloves are also a good idea.
A Family Day Out
Nestled in the heart of North London, Alexandra Palace promises year-round fun for all ages. Opened over 150 years ago, the park spans 196 acres and features a mix of formal gardens and peaceful woodlands, plus it’s home to one of London’s thrilling Go Ape adventures.
There’s no shortage of activities to enjoy. Take to the Boating Lake with a fleet of pedalos for a relaxing trip on the water, or challenge your skills on the Pitch and Putt course. For something a little cooler, glide across the Ice Rink or test your moves at the on-site skate park.
When it’s time for a break, the Boathouse Café and East Court Café are just a short stroll away, offering a tasty selection of sandwiches, pastries, cakes, and both hot and cold drinks—the perfect way to refuel after a day of adventure.
