Babylon Park is a free-to-enter indoor theme park located in Camden, central London. Targeted at families the park features fantastic alien theming and it is well worth calling in if you are ever in the area.
Indoor Theme Park
One of the few indoor theme parks here in the UK, Babylon Park benefits from not being exposed to the elements and can remain open until late in the evening. Targeted at families, the alien theming is fantastic, with lots of attention to detail right down to the litter bins which are even rocket-shaped. Taking up a corner plot, the exterior of the building features wrap-around screens starring the park’s two mascots Ovo and Meta.
Family Entertainment Complex
Spread over three floors, there’s lots on offer at Babylon Park. At street level, there is a shop selling Merchandise, sweets and gifts with an escalator making great use of lighting effects to draw guests down towards the main attraction. The central floor features party rooms with disco lights and Karaoke, soft play and a café selling drinks and snacks, similar to what you would find in a cinema. The seating in the café is surrounded by wrap-around windows giving guests a great view of what is happening below.
An Alien Themed World
Take the escalator down into the basement where you will find a fantastic indoor theme park featuring seven family-friendly rides including a Ferris wheel and roller coaster! The basement level is also home to some of the latest and greatest arcade machines with everything themed to represent an alien world.
Rides and Attractions
The indoor roller coaster is one of the highlight attractions, take a ride and race around the park above the guests below. Bump, dodge, drive and swerve out of orbit on the light-up Babylon Bumper Cars. Take a spin on the mini tagada and fall from the sky on the drop tower. Younger children are well catered for with a Ferris wheel, convoy truck ride and alien spaceship ride.
Fairground Games
There are fun fairground games on offer, including ring toss, creature catch and orb flinging. The arcade features a wide selection of attractions including VR, skill games, table games, pinball machines and more.
