Sundown Adventureland is a Theme Park designed exclusively for children under the age of 10. Whatever the weather, Sundown Adventureland offers a great mix of both indoor and outdoor attractions. There are lots of children’s play areas and plenty of cafes where you can stop for a coffee or take the kids for a snack or a treat.

Rides and Attractions at Sundown Adventureland

There are a wide range of rides and attractions on offer at Sundown Adventureland. Visitors can bounce along on the Giddy Piggies ride and take a spin on the Okie Yolkie ride. At Monkey Mischief you can sing and dance along with the Monkeys.

Angry Birds Activity Park

The Angry Birds Play Area is a huge outdoor play area and was the first Angry Birds Park in the UK. In the bright and colourful Angry Birds Activity Park you can run, bounce, climb, swing and play. Have fun with the Angry Birds, but watch out for the bad piggies. The play is made up of a mixture of climbing frames, crawl tubes, themed swings and roundabouts all in the bright colours and including the recognisable characters from the World of the Angry Birds. So you and your kids can play together alongside Red, Leonard and the Pigs and even the original, very angry Yellow Bird.

Hear a Potato Talk

At Sundown Adventureland Market you can hear a goat yodel or a potato talk. With your help, all the animals in the musical pet shop will join in the chorus of their very own song. Climb aboard the Rocky Mountain Railroad and explore the Rodeo Corral Indoor Play Area.

Fort Apache

The Fort Apache play area is a recreation of the remote western cavalry post of “Fort Apache” in the old American West. Fort Apache has lots of activities for children including slides, tubes, tyres and much more. Whilst visiting Fort Apache watch out for enemy attacks from those Indians, outlaws and hostiles.

Lollipoppet castle smells of sweet candy, but beware not to wake the dragon as you enter. Take a trip around the countryside on the Tractor Ride and talk to the animals on the Animated Farm. The Robin Hood Ride is always a hit with the children, climb aboard to join Robin and his merry men as they travel through Sherwood Forest. Don’t miss Crash Landings a fantastic four-storey indoor play area and cafe. In Crash Landings you can climb and explore the jungle, but be careful as you may get a surprise from a cheeky monkey or a slippery snake.

Captain Sandy’s Play Cove

Bring you buckets and spades, you’ll need them in Captain Sandy’s Play Cove. Watch out on the Jolly Pirate Ride for who knows were those pirates are lying in wait with a surprise or two.

Christmas Spectacular

Visit Sundown Adventureland at Christmas when you can go on a fantastic night before Christmas ride before visiting Santa in his Lovely home. All children aged between 2 to 10 years receive a free gift. Take a ride on the magical Sleigh Ride through Santa’s traditional winter wonderland.
