Tropical Indoor Aqua Park

WaterWorld is an award-winning indoor tropical-themed aqua park featuring winding slides, lapping waves, and lazy rivers, decorated with palm trees and lily pads. An Epic Adventure

Open all year round, The Tropical Indoor Waterpark maintains an air temperature between 32C and 34C and pool temperature between 30C and 31C. The Staffordshire waterpark offers thrilling slides such as the Black Hole and the Space Bowl. Family members who like a more relaxing day can chill out in the hot tub or relax on the sun loungers.

Space Bowl

Take a flume ride that sends you spinning into the Space Bowl where your world is turned upside down. Make a splash as you plunge out of the space bowl and into the water below. This slide is a must for young daredevils and big kids alike, an experience you will never forget.

Twister White Knuckle Ride

Lie back and brace yourself as you soon zoom over twists and turns as far as the eye can see as the water propels you through this exciting ride. This is a fast slide delivering high-intensity thrills for older kids, teens and adults. Only the brave dare to ride the Twister.

Hurricane

Are you ready to feel the force of Hurricane as you descend at a speed of 17mph? With its “in slide” lighting effects and breath taking speed Hurricane is sure to get your adrenaline pumping!

The Nucleus

The Nucleus is Water World’s first Water Rollercoaster. Hold on tight as the water blasts you along the slide in a rubber ring for 375 feet of ups and downs. This slide is a firm favourite.

Black Hole

Travel at exhilarating speed as you hurtle through the darkness of The Black Hole. This amazing adventure provides thrills and spills for everyone.

The Python

Slide feet first along the twists and turns of The Python.

Super Flume

As you head into the darkness on the Super Flume, you experience a series of crazy twists and turns. As you head towards the end of the slide, which way up will you surface?

Water World Attractions for Younger Guests

There’s plenty on offer for younger members of the family.

Interactive Jungle House

At the Interactive Jungle House, younger visitors can tackle the scramble net or dodge the monsoon monster splash. Have fun triggering one of the five water cannons and edge across the rope bridge to escape using the two nursery flumes. Braver toddlers can also try the Jungle House slides.

Toddler Slides

Scaled-down water slides situated in shallow areas, the toddler slides are designed to give little kids thrills they could only dream of. The three slides are specially designed for those under 110cm and will keep younger guests entertained in a safe and imaginative way.

Toddler Boat Slide

Specially designed for children under 110cm, young captains can slide their way to a gentle splash landing, all within arm’s reach of mum and dad.

Medium Sized Flumes

Choose from either a quick bite with a traditional burger or hot dog or try the sharing platters and specialities of the day, including curries, wraps and salads.

Travelling to Waterworld

Waterworld is located in Stoke-on-Trent. There are a number of ways to get to the attraction. If you are travelling by car, then the attraction is only 10 minutes from Junction 15 or 16 of the M6. Head for Stoke-on-Trent and follow the brown tourist signs. There is plenty of parking available at the attraction.

Travelling by Train

The nearest train station to Waterworld is Stoke-on-Trent, which is accessible from a large number of UK train stations including London, Birmingham and Newcastle upon Tyne. See the Raileasy website for details. From the railway station, the remainder of the journey can be made by taxi or bus.
