Our Favourites
Our favourite days out are at Theme Parks across the UK, but they can be both tiring and expensive, so we tend to have a day at a theme park as a bit of a treat and not something we choose to do every weekend. When we are out and about, we have found that the boys can often have just as much fun at a museum or even a garden if there is a playground, animals or things that they can interact with. Museums and gardens often have a lovely little cafe offering a good selection of cakes and sandwiches. To help save some money, it is often a good idea to take a picnic, as this can add to the sense of adventure.
Trips to the beach are always great fun in the summertime, and you can combine it with a walk on the pleasure pier, 2 penny machines in the amusements, ice creams and fish and chips.
