Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is home to The National Parrot Sanctuary, where you can get to see over 1500 talkative parrots. The popular family attraction also houses the only White Lions in Northern England and the UK’s largest collection of Bengal Tigers.

The Park is also home to the largest collection of Bengal Tigers in the UK and The Parrot Zoo Trust, one of the largest Parrot rescue centres in the world, housing over 1500 Parrots. The Park has also recently offered a home to two majestic White Lion brothers, a sight to behold as you get within inches of these amazing creatures.
The National Parrot Sanctuary
Within Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is the well-established ‘National Parrot Sanctuary’ housing over 1500 re-homed Parrots & Parakeets, covering over 100 different species. A third of the UK’s Parrots are located at the park. Witness the amazing work the dedicated staff do while also meeting some of the funniest bird characters you could ever imagine.
Animal Interaction
Visitors to Lincolnshire Wildlife Park can explore the many wild and endangered species of animal on show. There are opportunities to interact with many of the animals. Feed parrots as they land on your shoulder within the amazing Walkthrough Experience or purchase treats for the cheeky Meerkat family in their Western Town. Don’t miss the daily animal talks.

The Park is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with low viewing points. The attraction recently became a Dementia and Age Friendly business, to reach out to the local community and open doors to all those wanting to get out in the fresh Lincolnshire air.

Sit back and relax at The Rainforest Diner where you can watch the interesting reptiles and amphibians. The menu is loaded with hot and cold food to suit all tastes with a selection of drinks to accompany your choice. Situated near The Rainforest Diner is the children’s play area, so you could grab a takeaway drink, meal or snack or enjoy a picnic whilst the children play.
